As a result of their union Brooke Haley and Lucas were born as hybrid Demon/Humans and Hunters have been after the family for years...especially the Winchesters. The lees are also constantly battling various demons who consider the 3 abmoniations and Dan who wants his children for his own dark and twisted purposes. But there is something (or someone) that ties the Winchesters and Lees together and soon they have to put aside their differences and work together if they can.
