Goodwill train begins its journey The Goodwill Train begins its journey carrying assistance for the war heroes and displaced civilians. The Manel Mal Movement and the Patriotic National Movement are implementing the special programme today and tomorrow. Its purpose is to further strengthen the Presidents hands discharging an uphill task of uniting Sri Lanka. The train which commenced its journey from Matara to Madawachchiya has reached Colombo.
