13 days after radical neighbour called cops on me at 10:30pm on a Saturday night for PC Speakers she calls again at 9pm last night so I take a LETTER I'm MOVING to my Office Door! That radical neighbour calls the cops if my MUSIC is at #1 on volume out of a possible #10!!! This video is now UP after I composed a second letter to my landlord to let me out of lease with no repucussions because of my upstairs neighbour! I have lived here for just over a year and a half after moving here to stage my home to sell in February 2007 and it did sell and close on April 26th 2007 EXACTLY 6 years to the bloody day when CLOSED on it originally on April 26th 2001!! I was stuck in a lease because it was CHEAPER to sign another one than move in the middle of winter not spring yet this year! My Neighbour upstairs who's lease of 2 yrs ended this September still has not found a house and IF I WAS HER REALTOR she would already have found the perfect house! SO? Why don't I get a loan and buy a house??? LMAO because I am a working class Realtor trying to make it in the Dayton Economy and my credit score is UNDER 600 that's why!!! I am moving to a HOUSE to RENT next weekend and my Landlord best not try and sue me else they will be on YouTube.com/SarahDayton LMAO! :) And am taking a video when drop off their second letter about my upstairs neighbour harassing me to no bloody end! I am a VERY SMART REAL ESTATE AGENT! Peace!!
