the music industry is full of these "indie/scene" bands...but what u gotta realise is that it's not about musical credibility, but more of a lifestyle or image that some young people are aspiring to. a simple "song" such as this, gives some youngsters hope that maybe they can make it in a band without much talent..and that's why bands/artists like these become known. i mean they're not exactly radiohead are they
