In the Bible there's written that you must spare men's life as well as must throw rocks to homosexuals to death. There's written that God has a divine plan for EVERYTHING. Including those, who don't know his Word. Doesn't it sound silly that anyone has a power to change His Divine Plan by free w

And hasn't history taught you anything?
Whenever people couldn't explain something using science, they would say "It's an act of God". And they would 'prove' it by a verse "And John said to Abraham - God useth the force" And some decades later people would come up with a scientific explanation. And then the theists would say "we agree,
but God is operating that explanation". It discourages the search for unknown.

We all have free will, and we can all choose what to do. We can't, however, alter God's plan, because He knows what we'll choose before we even choose it. He based His plan off of our decisions, so it all works with our decisions. God can even use evil to advance His cause and save people. And we don't need to stone homosexuals anymore. Back then the punishment for sin was death, now the punishment for sin is spiritual death if you don't repent and put your trust in Christ.

The problem lies within the question - does everything have a natural explanation or is it created by a supernatural God. And I agree - everything is a little too much to explain. It's a matter of motivation.
When you confront the unknown and face diffuculties you - either pursue the idea that there still exists a supernatural-free explanation - either you console yourself that 'God acts in mysterious ways' and you become limited in your research

Look for example at the way the scientists are trying to find the origin of life through abiogenesis. Some of them couldn't find a reliable explanation in their lifetime so they started to look after the supernatural.
But that is where the science ends. Because - it doesn't benefit the civilization. In a way it is equal to just saying "I don't know". In that way you don't contribute to the advancement of science.

i kinda wish the Almighty was more of a blood-
-thunder kind. i think people would give Him the respect He deserves. i mean; the only reason i'm a believer is 'cause of my reasoning ability. but if i watched Him destroy a city; man, that would scare the faith into me. i think it's easier to respect than to love. Christ's message is SO hard to live by. please pray for our brothers in Christ

But if that were the case, people would not willingly follow Him. They would follow Him merely because they know He exists. God wants us to seek Him, He doesn't want us to follow Him because we feel we have to.
