seriously what are the guys talking about. I'll make up a Defeat Day celebration. It is very easy to say you have won a war. But we havent won anything. This war has torn us apart and we still had 11 US soldiers killed in the past 18 days. Wakeup man, we can end the war and leave but we can never win this war as long as we are the occupiers. You think Iraq will stand on it's own? The real war hasn't even started.

The Iraqi government is calling the shots, as evidenced by the terms of the SOFA agreement ratified by the cabinet. If we were "occupiers," we wouldn't have accepted those terms. We would've dictated the terms to the Iraqis instead of the other way around. And victory isn't a total absence of fighting. We won. Deal with it.

The tracers in the air at 1:24 are DEFINITELY anti-air fire, probably shooting at air support if this is actually SF. There's no way that was ANYTHING from a 203. I carried one my first deployment to Iraq and have fired enough of every type of round the US has to know that none of them look even close to similar to that.

So far as I can tell this is not a special ops mission. I would say they might be rangers, but id venture to guess they are not green beret/delta force/force recon/etc. There would be no camera involved with those missions as well as smaller squads.

same here, this cant be a spec ops mission , it does look like they are rangers , or even marines , if it was a spec ops mission , they would not be aloud to film it , and they would not have all this equipment to flow them down , plus they are way too lowd to be spec ops , if they wur , they would use hand signs and stuff
