Rajan Goraya: do stop acting so ignorant and naive. Vets who are on standby during events like this can't do much. The horse needs to be tranquilized (no vets don't carry tranquilizers in their hand-bags--Ketamine is a controlled substance), transported and operated upon. You can see from the crowd's reaction that they are waiting. You could be forgiven for being an American (where a fully equipped ambulance might be on standby) but your name betrayes your origin.
