When Allah SWT desires a thing, He has only to say to it "Be" and it is. Jesus, pbuh, was "raised up" to Allah SWT (4:157), why do you assume that Muhammad SAS could not have been raised up by the power of Allah SWT - whether it was a spiritual or physical, only Allah SWT knows, but the fact is undeniable.

The word used for "servant" here is Abdihi - (Subhana allathee asra biAAABDIHI laylan: Glory be to Allah who took with Him HIS SERVANT by night)
Allah SWT refers to the prophet SAS several times using this term (Abdihi). Yet He does not refer to the angels with this term.
18:1 Alhamdu lillahi allathee anzala AAala AAABDIHI alkitaba walam yajAAal lahu AAiwajan: All praise is due to Allah who descended on His SERVANT the Book.... (see also 25:1 53:10 57:9)

YES, the angels also ascend to Him, but their ascent is described NOWHERE in THIS Surah, entitled Al Isra (the Night Journey). The Title of EVERY SURAH is taken from at least one ayat or story within THAT Surah. Why then is the only "Isra" spoken of in this verse? And the fact that it is HIS
SERVANT/AAabdihi confirms it is Muhammad SAS. See also 18:1, 25:1, 53:10
