sorry if i always write so negative. but the problem is, wushu taolu has always benn a fight without real enemies. nowadays most of this has nothing to do with fighting any more, its only posing.

the point of wushu is no longer for actual fighting purposes it is more of a sport which promotes health and personal ability i find it hard to find any martial art that really applies to the present day circumstances

thats true. and i also like to train (modern) wushu. I just have a problem that many of the new stuff is more like chinese dancing and so many real wushu elements are missing.

now that i fully agree with u on i dont like some of these forms where i see people doing breakdancing n stuff like that. i enjoy wushu in its pure form which is extreme athletic ability and flexibility

I agree the his style is a bit faggy on the side but he is really quick and clean in his movement and has solid jumps so yeah he deserve to be third.

dont single out wushu as a martial art because of its forms, this is modern wushu, there are more acrobatic movements, it stresses the ART more then the martial part of the words
traditional wushu is more based on fighting techniques, and foremost wushu is not only to make you better at a variety of things, it also takes your body passed the limit of an ordinary person, thats why i train in it lol :)
