Statistics show that, by percentage, there are many more dead beat moms out there. Example, 5 non-custodial dead beat dads out of hundred. 25 non-custodial dead beat mothers out of a hundred. Problem is 95% of women are handed the kids. If Dads were handed the kids 95% of the time, the number of d.b. moms would be staggering.

I'm with you 100% about kids needing both parents. Any parent that has the opportunity and ability to spend time with their kids but doesn't, is a dead beat parent. That should be the proper term, not dead beat dads.
Percentage wise, even in S. Carolina, there are more dead beat moms. The 99% that you quote is because moms have 99% of the custody.

The system I know will throw you in jail! Take away your drivers license and make you owe so much money you'll walk to jail yourself. You can't get very far if you don't pay. Maybe they had no choices. Ever think of that? And children succeed in all aspects of life better when both parents are present, not neccessary because of the CS money. This system creates deadbeats, its unfair, immoral, and down right wong in everyway and hurts children more than any deadbeat ever could.

And it true percentage wise there are more dead beat moms out there, its just 90% are dads because dads are getting screwed by the courts by becoming NCP against their will. And they don't even have to do anything wrong for this to happen. You think mom are getting the short end of the stick (Think again)!!!

I cannot stand Sc child support system. Not because I am looking for a dead beat dad but because of the way the system is. My husband has two children...well big kids. 20 and 16 we still have to keep paying on the 20 year old. In other words the child support wil not go down for the 16 year old.
What about our 3 year old together? is it fair we are paying 100 dollars a week for one child when I have three kids in our home? My husband married me? he married my kids right?

Well the court system and attorneys are just about money and neither justice or kids so learn to live in reality. The system is unfair to fathers and mothers and kids and that is not going to change because too much money can made off this system. Women are clearly favored in all the states because they vote more than men and judges are afraid of political backlash if the do anything which would anger a woman. Men just need to get smart and no marriage and no kids, everyone will be happier.

How does building a bunch of women's prisons make money for the courts or attorneys? No women run this country and that is not going to change. I love my children and I loved my and when she met her gf I could not compete. So I am for no marriage or children from marriage and for the other just legalize prostitution and made it a clean profession. Then the courts and attorneys can sit and spin and the problem will solve itself.

He very much respects women and the power that they have and if PO'd they will use that power in hateful manner and the courts will support it. Let's look at the numbers of the drop out rates in single parent homes.;Yes it's true they are high,but maybe it has nothing to do with money,maybe it's because the Father's haven't been given custody as in the best interest of the child.Fact is it's been proven when Father's are given custody the child is more likely to Graduate..to NOT commite suicide,to have less Teen pregnancies,to be less likely to commite a crime and be incarcerated.The system has failed,let's do the right thing.

1 these type of systems, child support agency, can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i'd suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change.
