i know a little about karate but this stuff is so cool. nice form and firm force, i can fight even if i am drunk but not this thing is so cool,. how can i learn this? can anybody tell me if there is a book about this stuff?

lol ive been trying to teach myself of of these kinds of videos. All i do is concentrate on the style itself of the person doing it. Then I mimiced the detail. I'm pretty novice duh but its fun teaching urself.
