I would like to point out... 1) School districts, not distrects. 2) You put commas instead of apostrophes between he's, always (which shouldn't have an apostrophe anyway), and it's. 3) This entire post was grammatically incorrect and written in one sentence. I'm guessing you went to one of the white schools with the "high test scores". You are as ignorant as you are grammatically incompetent and your presence in our country is entirely unnecessary.
