Back when NTA had this library and knew how to work with it. By the 1980's, I've only ever saw them on VHS due to the Public Domain status and less interest to put them on TV regularly.

As recently as when I went to high school (late 60s), boys were frequently punished with a swat in the rear with a wooden paddle. (Some teachers even drilled holes in the paddles to cut down on wind resistance.) It taught us that they were in charge, not us. I think it would be a great idea if that were brought back. Then perhaps the class would be disciplined enough to where they could actually learn something other than how to harrass the teacher.
