its true. they've ruined everything thats awesome about metal. example, no one even knew about Iron Maiden (one of the metal gods) aside from their dedicated fans, then after Hot Topic started selling Iron Maiden shirts and some of their songs were in Guitar Hero, all the posers were like "OMGGGGGG IRON MAIDEN IZ TEH BEST BAND EVARRRR!!!!!" i feel so ashamed for saying that but we all know that guy who is like that. especially kids.
