i'm a tech support agent, i have to live with that everyday
sometimes u don't know if u want to laugh or cry when u get those stupid customers....
i used to be a tech support agent myself and cuxs would call us to tell us that they had a cookie stucked on their SD slot ! Yeah, dunno how the hell the cookie ever got there!
and then we had this procedure where they had to turn on the computer while pressing the F11 key, and there was this cx who called and couldn't find it but did find the F1 one and was clever enough to press it 11 times instead, hoping she'd get the same results -lol-
I work tech support, and this is definately on the money. Especilly the hold button then hit something
