He was talking about a hawkeye replay and how the hawkeye is always against him, which seems to be true if you watch any "hawkeye vs. Federer" videos. The particular shot Federer was talking about was so ridiculously close in the hawkeye it could have been out or in. They say the Hawkeye has a .01 percent margin of error. It's possible Federer's margin of error is even smaller.

the commentator is clearly has a little knowledge of technology. they think the hawkeye system is perfectly accurate. it definitely has a certain tolerance. i don't know exactly how it works, but certain conditions can make the error so big that those make the system practically useless. at least it is an objective mistake though.
