I was correcting a spelling mistake! I thought if someone wanted to look up PTSD they might need to know the proper spelling and what it stood for. I thought the sentence in parenthesis made that clear.

Im a veteran (5yrs Marine Corps and 3yrs Army)and an active member of IVAW and just so everyone knows, there were alot of protests and demonstrations at the RNC and news coverage of these and the DNC protests was pitiful, its a fact that John McCain has terrible voting record on veterans benefits, and that is one of the things Adam and all the other veterans outside were protesting, but of course the news doesnt want to bring that up either.
