Probably because every Federer's challenger, except for Nadal and Djokovic, seems like "they havent picked up a racquet before".. Nowadays also Wawrinka is inside top10. It's enough for me.

bahahaha pretty true in some ways but wawrinka has a beautiful backhand and a solid game. He succeeds on the tame, slow crappy surfaces that have become the norm.

´ only competitor, even on grass, in last three years was a claycourter Rafa. Nole broke through early this year but he is yet to prove he can be a real threat and win multiple majors and be a great player. The rest is pretty much on the same boat. Its not a big deal to collect so many points agai

Sampras should of won that match, but he was outplayed. It couldnt of been any even. Old wizard vs young squier. Anwyay, I was saying that Sampras in his prime was probably better than lets say, Roddick, Davydenko, Djokovic (at the moment), and maybe a few other top ten players. But no way is he better than Fed, Nadal, Murray in their prime. If Sampras was so good then why did he have so many challengers?

technicaly sampras never won the french open so he still needed 2 prove his dominence. But still he is the greatest player ever to step on the courts. If he won the french open at least once, he would have been better the conner or any body else. GO SAMPRAS!!
