you obviously havn't seen aaron rodgers play, i've been watching him since he went to bute community college, the dude has the ability to be as good as payton manning or something like that, why give up the next 10 years for one year? and its not even like fave guarentees us a superbowl win, i mean isn't he the reason we didn't make the superbowl last year?? he threw that stupid interception when we had the game won???

favre has dedicated 15 years to the packers organization and rodgers has sat there for 4 and done nothing and u can say rodgers "could be" great but we already know that favre is the best and there is no guarantee that rodgers can get to the super bowl either and so what that he threw an interseption things happen its the game farve and the rest of the packers are the reason they were a game away from the SUPER BOWL rodgers didnt do anything so let his contract expire and bring back farve

get another QB rodgers hasnt done anything in the NFL that proves hes great but he knew that that could happen if he gets pissed go to another team

16 years to the packers... there is no gurantee favre can get us to the superbowl either favre was also the QB in 05 when we only won like 5 games... and then what we bring favre back and what? what happens if we don't win the superbowl? favre retires and rodgers is gone and a team that made the NFC championship game as the youngest team will not have a QB. favre will be better for this year but in the long run aaron rodgers is who were gonna need!

That's why he's been trying to get released. The packers however, have denied him that even after failing to look for trades. This drama isn't just because the packers won't let him play for their team, the packers don't want him playing in the NFL period. Going as far as to bribe him to stay retired. If he's coming back no matter what and packers don't want him because they have their hearts set on Rodgers...FINE then release him and let him have fun on the Vikings or Bears roster lol.

do you kno how many other QBs we could get in the NFl its not like rodgers is the only QB in the world and sure he looks ok but so do a bunch of other QBs that want their shot to play its not like we wouldnt have a QB we just wouldnt have rodgers and i dont see why everyone cares so much we could get another QB just as good or better

yeah yeah all thats true, except i don't think you understand rivalrys in the NFC north, there is no bigger better or longer rivalrys in the NFL then in the NFC north there is no way in hell the packers would let favre play for another NFC north team. and they know the vikings or bears will get him if they release him which is why theres no way in hell there going to release him...
