Sorry to break it to you but it's well documented that the grass courts nowadays are quite slower than they were even 5 years ago not to mention the fact that Wimby uses heavier balls now.
Not to go off on a tangent here but put Rafa up against Sampras circa 99' or any other great grass courter and he would get torn to peices.

I'm a diehard Federer fan but I have to say this: if I had to make a list of Federer's top ten matches, at least two of them would be ones that he LOST: Federer v Safin Aus Open Semi 05, and, of course, Federer v Nadal Wimby Final 08.
This year's Wimbledon final would be at the top of my list. Tennis was the winner.

you know why nadal and federer did not meet often? because federer went to finals in almost every match, whehther it is clay or hard. But nadal is hardly seen in final on hard court. that's why. Federer went to final on clay, but nadal did not. If you take clay record off, federer is actually winning over nadal. What im trying to say is they are both great players. no one is high or low to each other. (well Nadal caught up to federer this year)

i know, i havent say federer sucks to make all thouse records he have done. Hes one of the greatest players who have been after bjorn borg. An nadal losse on hard court cus hes play is top spin and that vantage ppl like murray djocovik and federer they play attacking him all the time and try not to play long against him if u play long balls with nadal he will screw you. but if you play fast point u can win him.
